This time of year, I think of KC, and I'm easily taken back in the hospital in Chicago. Being with KC, meeting great people that welcomed us, loved us, and took care of us, getting our daily pass.
We burn candles, back to back from the 14th through the 28th, celebrating the last two weeks of his life. I'll post some pictures.
Gail and I will be at the Old Chicago in Wichita on North Tyler this evening for a shot of Jamesons for KC at 10 PM (Central).

K.C. fell late Saturday night, June 14th resulting in two broken ankles and a skull fracture. He is being treated at Northwestern Memorial hospital in Chicago in the Neurology ICU and is in critical condition.
